Recently I went on a really nice walk with my daughter. At the time her school was having half dats and her brother was busy with a friend, so that left just the two of us. I suggested we get out of the house and go do something. I mentioned a few things and she liked the idea of walking down by the bay where all the boats are. So we did and had a wonderful time.
I was touched how she was so willing to allow me to create these portraits of her. Her smile seemed real and sincere, from that alone, I knew she was having a good time... as so was I.
Sometimes I think it's having moments like these that remind us how wonderful life can be.
This post is for you Nikki. I love you -Dad (Fatha) :)
well you published the link to your blog and I hate being a "stalker" so the hits you will get from Maryland are moi!

Monday, March 23, 2009I really love the photo of your daughter. Her frekels (sp?) is tryly beautiful and the portrait really show her trust in the photographer (which is naturally when you are her father).
Thanks for sharing.
