I have often thought that everyone should allow themselves a bit of spontaneity in their lives. While eating lunch outside today, I looked up and saw these amazing wispy clouds floating by. I've always been amazed how the vapor in the clouds are constantly changing their form into new amorphic shapes and compositions. Much like water flowing in a stream, continuously changing it's mass, speed and direction. It's also like oil interacting with water or a leaf falling from a tree to the ground.

I think that by practicing the art of being spontaneous allows us to see and be more fluid with the life around us. Being less rigid and more open to change and allowing change to enter our life without resisting it.
