San Diego California Headshot Portrait Photography

This was the photo the client ending up going with for the shoot. Shooting the Canon 85mm at f/1.2 for headshots is nerve racking. I’m always concerned one eye is going to be out of focus. The depth of field wide open at 1.2 is crazy shallow. But when you nail it, that lens really excels. Tara’s smile is sincere making this portrait that much better.
