San Francisco candid street photography
When I walk with my camera on the street, I rarely bring the camera up to my eye to take a photo. Most of the time I have the camera on and ready to shoot at waist level. When the camera is on like that obviously you can see the lens sticking out, so some people catch on that I have a camera, like this woman standing on the sidewalk talking on her phone. I normally shoot in TV (shutter priority) mode an keep the shutter speed above 1/200th of a second. This makes sure or helps to avoid motion blur.
