This kind of photo is endearing to me. This little girl in front of me just order a Nutella and banana crepe from a street vendor at the Chiang Mai Night Bazaar in Thailand. Her parents are just off frame and everyone has big smiles on their faces as they watch this women cook this delicious dessert. We were next in line. My wife was getting the same thing. When the woman handed this young girl the crepe, you should have seen the smile on her face. Her parents were so happy to see their daughter like this. Having a grown daughter myself, I know that feeling when you’re happy for you child. Their happiness becomes your happiness. Just another reminder that it’s the little things in life that matter most.
