Tuk Tuk Ride in the Old City of Chiang Mai Thailand

Before I visited Thailand a good friend of mine that’s been here many times said that I need to catch a ride in a Tuk Tuk. So naturally when we checked into our hotel in Chiang Mai, I asked the concierge at the front desk to call a driver to the hotel. The driver arrived promptly and off we went on our adventure into the old city of Chiang Mai. I was hooked. The sad thing is that the Tuk Tuk’s cost more to take than a regular taxi. It’s worth the extra money if you ask me. You really get immersed in the surroundings as you drive to your destination. It’s a lot of fun and time and money well spent. Unfortunately this photo is a little blurry but I still like it.
