Whenever we would go camping in Mexico the parents would always make a fire and then the kids would also make a small fire somewhere else. Of course there was parental supervision but it was always fun to come see what these little rascals were doing. It reminded me of the book, Lord of the Flies. They would dance around and poke at this fire all night long. Telling each other that their fire was better than the stupid parents BIG fire. They would laugh and call each other silly names. Life is good.
